I’m Hilda Quincena, PhD, founder and CEO of Clean Slate Biohazard Response Team and its two specialized divisions; Clean Slate Rapid Reset and Clean Slate Space Reclamation. As a Las Vegas resident for 38 years, I bring deep community roots along with extensive experience in property management, construction oversight, and organizational leadership.
